1. General Boot030.nl offers canal cruises in Utrecht and can only be booked with a personal skipper. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Boarding and disembarking Passengers may only board and disembark when they have received the signal from the skipper. This is essential for the safety and smooth running of the cruise.

3. Liability Participation in the cruise is at your own risk. Boot030.nl is not liable for personal injury or damage to personal property of passengers, unless there is gross negligence or intent on our part.

4. Safety instructions Passengers must at all times follow the instructions of the skipper and crew regarding safety, conduct and emergency procedures. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in termination of the cruise without the right to a refund.

5. Respect for Fellow Passengers Passengers are expected to treat each other with respect and to take into account the comfortable experience of others on board. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the boat without refund.

6. Environmental awareness Help us protect the environment by not throwing waste overboard and respecting the natural environment.

7. Cancellation and Changes

1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of later cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

2. Boot030.nl reserves the right to cancel or change a boat trip in case of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of this occurring, an alternative date will be offered or a refund will be given.

8. Alcohol and Drugs The carrying and/or consumption of excessive amounts of alcohol and the use of drugs on board is prohibited. The skipper has the right to terminate the cruise in case of violation of this rule without refund.

9. Damage and Destruction Passengers who intentionally cause damage to the boat or its equipment will be held liable for the costs of repair or replacement.

10. Disputes These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
